Product and Technology Overview

How does the product work?

Using Freed’s AI scribe is easy. Once you’re logged in, simply:

  • Select “capture conversation” when you’re ready to start — and “end visit” when you’re finished.

  • Review and edit your medical-grade AI-generated notes.

  • Copy and paste your notes into your EHR.

How does the AI technology work?

Freed’s AI transcribes the information discussed during your patient visits. By identifying key terms and phrases, the scribe structures the information into organized notes, saving you time — and allowing you to focus entirely on the patient.

How long does it take to receive my notes?

Once you end your visit’s recording, it usually takes about 30 seconds or less to generate your notes. For longer consultations, it may take a little bit longer.

Can I use Freed on any device?

Yes, you can use Freed on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Does Freed understand all languages?

Yes. Freed can listen to and generate notes from any language. For now, notes are generated in English, but other output languages will be added over time.

Will Freed work with my EHR?

Yes. You can copy and paste your AI-generated notes into any EHR. There is no direct integration yet, but our clinicians have found the copy-and-paste feature to be quick and easy.

How do I talk to my patients about recording a visit?
